What to Expect

We believe an informed client is a confident client. Here is exactly what happens from your first enquiry through to your beautiful results.

  1. Consultation & Colour Match

    We map your brow shape to suit your facial structure and select a pigment tone matched to your hair colour and skin undertone. You'll see and approve the full design before we begin.

  2. Patch Test

    Required 48 hours before the main appointment to check pigment compatibility. Book as a separate appointment or alongside your consultation.

  3. Treatment

    Using a digital SPMU device, pigment is implanted in soft dots that blend together to create a smooth, powdery effect. The session takes 2–2.5 hours. A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort.

  4. Healing & Refresh

    Powder brows heal beautifully over 4–6 weeks. They'll appear darker initially before settling into a softer tone. A top-up at 6–12 weeks completes the treatment. Annual refreshes keep them looking their best.
